Good Guys provided a detailed cost estimate for the sewer pipe replacement. The team showed up on time and although the job took a little longer than expected, the team needed to follow the old line, which was not straight and had a lot of bends. Good Guys pulled a Torrance city permit, which was signed off. The team cleaned up the front yard and walkways. The ground did experience some settling; Good Guys came out the next day to address this issue.

Our HOA worked with Robert, JJ, and Danny from Good Guy Plumbing to get an estimate on much-needed structural plumbing for our 38-unit condo. They came back with a fair price, and we scheduled the work. JJ, Gus, Paz, and Danny replaced a leaky 3” hot water line and 3 shutoff valves.
