JJ and his work partner, whose name I embarrassingly do not recall, did an outstanding job for us when they came to install a new dryer vent and bring our hot water heater vent up to code. It was a difficult job because they had to work under the house, in the attic, and on the roof. They were as fast as they could be under the circumstances; it was an all-day job; and they kept the workspace quite clean during and then did an excellent job with the final cleanup. They answered all my questions, and even made real-time adjustments when something wasn’t exactly as I was hoping. Good Guy the company was responsive with the quote and the work, and I believe the price for this was fair. They even gave me a recommendation for a drywall person to fix the places they had to break into the walls. Highly recommend.

Roque Pedro was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. (I'm a senior citizen.) I called for service on my water heater and my turn-off valve to my unit. He did the draining on my water heater and then let me know my turn-off valve did not need replacing (user error). I now know they are very honest and could have easily charged me for a new valve. I was having issues with my tankless water heater. I got it descaled, and I am going to get a recirculating pump installed at a future date to help resolve the amount of time I get hot water in my upstairs bathroom.
