JJ and his work partner, whose name I embarrassingly do not recall, did an outstanding job for us when they came to install a new dryer vent and bring our hot water heater vent up to code. It was a difficult job because they had to work under the house, in the attic, and on the roof. They were as fast as they could be under the circumstances; it was an all-day job; and they kept the workspace quite clean during and then did an excellent job with the final cleanup. They answered all my questions, and even made real-time adjustments when something wasn’t exactly as I was hoping. Good Guy the company was responsive with the quote and the work, and I believe the price for this was fair. They even gave me a recommendation for a drywall person to fix the places they had to break into the walls. Highly recommend.

Roque Pedro was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. (I'm a senior citizen.) I called for service on my water heater and my turn-off valve to my unit. He did the draining on my water heater and then let me know my turn-off valve did not need replacing (user error). I now know they are very honest and could have easily charged me for a new valve. They have my business.

We had several quotes done for the job, and they had the cost between low and high and had the correct material needed for the job quoted. We had a cast iron pipe on its last leg, so we chose them. I got it descaled, and I am going to get a recirculating pump installed at a future date to help resolve the amount of time I get hot water in my upstairs bathroom. The guys were great and answered all my questions. I also signed up for a maintenance plan to keep everything with my tankless water heater in order. I give them 5 stars.
